YJ Lin is the Senior Program Manager at Dell for Startups, connecting startups to technology resources and solutions, and a collaborating visionary helping enable discovery for communities to see what is possible. With a deep passion for supporting entrepreneurs, community managers, story tellers, and ecosystem developers, YJ specializes in developing strategic partnerships and executing on initiatives that encourages collaborations for ecosystem building. His work is deeply rooted in his philosophy of celebrating individual talents and gifts for the communities around us, and as a licensed Gallup CliftonStrengths coach and member of multiple community focused organizations, YJ teaches, speaks, and mentors with other leaders on utilizing those gifts to create intentional spaces where individuals can feel safe to connect, grow, and create more human experiences.
